Unfortunately I had a problem initially when I first hooked up the TV, the screen had a vertical redline across the screen. I had to repackage it and send it back for a replacement. The new one has a beautiful picture and great sound .. highly recommended

picture is very bright as is all the colors. definition in 4k is superb. i'll got to get a 4k dvd player next to compliment the system.

Great picture! Love it even more that we got it on a close out. Had a Sony bravo before this and it started going out every once in a while. Still worked great but couldn't pass up this deal.

I was a little concerned by some reviews that focused on issues that were beyond my understanding. What I do know is that I’m really, really happy with this tv. Cast an 8k clip from YouTube and watch your jaw drop. Brilliant.

Z9F is an excellent purchase. I had been looking at it in Best Buy for about a year. When it went on sale , I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to purchase it. It is wall mounted in the loft and looks fantastic. Great for movies and live sports. 2 big thumbs up!!

Originally purchases another brand due to price. Immediately had problems so I stepped up and added a Klipsch soundbar which is critical to have sound mirror picture quality. Smart technology also easy to navigate. Great buy.

The picture quality is beyond our expectations. I don’t know if we will ever figure out all of the capabilities of this unit. I wish we had a better ISP so we could use the streaming functionality to a greater extent.

Awezome tv One of Sony's high end 4 k models Viewing angles are great! Super bright picture. First time I have been sble to watch tv with blinds open. Best tv I've seen. Love it.

Had this TV for over a year and it is still great. The TV is in a well lite room and has no effect on the picture. The delivery was great.

I was in the market to upgrade my tv, and did a lot of research and when this tv dropped down to 50% off I was sold. There are so many settings to get the best picture for you.

After reading the reviews on this this 4K tv I was convinced this was the TV for me. After a couple of months of viewing I am completely satisfied I made the right choice!!

Very nice tv but a little over price in my opinion. If you're looking for a tv that has a nice shape picture that's not over saturated you will love this tv although it doesn't have the pop you get from an OLED.

Not a TV guru but all things considered, this is a awesome TV for the money. I’m not a game-R but I love sports and this more then I could have wanted.

My previous Sony TV purchase via the Magnolia department 10 years ago, was an amazing experience. Unfortunately, this recent purchase made May 5th, (past returnable date), is not worthy of both Sony and the Magnolia dept. I should've realized early during the set-up process, when Geek Squad installers had problems with syncing my ISP to the TV, this may be a more serious issue. After a couple of hours, the TV and Stereo System were set-up. Not exactly to my liking, however, set-up nonetheless. A couple of weeks after the initial set-up, I was unable to hear Audio via this new set-up and the TV Apps process. It took another Geek squad appointment to resolve the issue. In fact, the same Geek squad rep. called prior to the appointment and resolved the issue via conference call. Again, this should've been a Red Flag indicating there is something wrong. June 6th, the Audio again is non-existent when I attempt to use any TV App. Frankly, I'm tired and frustrated with this entire system that cost close to 3K. This dollar amount might not be significant to some consumers, it is for me. With advances in technology and electronics, I believed the process of syncing a variety of units would be easier, not more complicated. Buyer Beware!

A picture is worth a thousand words, this television says billions of words. Sight and sound quality makes it better than being at a live event.

We purchased the displayed item in BestBuy with a very good price and we enjoy the high quality TV!
