4K picture dim compared to other brands. Picture is not bright.

The Tv has been fine. The three star is more so for the information I was given at the store. The mount holes on the back of the tv are not as stated by the Best Buy Employee. I have found that most people at this store are friendly but ill informed on products and warranties. They will not be there when you come back with a warranty issue. When speaking to management they they spoke to me as if I was lying to them about what I was told about my previous warranty. Then I was given misinformation about the warranty on this just as last time. There needs to be training. At this point I don't think they really care. They are making the decision to purchase online instead of the store easier. Amazon has is becoming my go to. Which is a shame because I like to push the button and physically touch a product before I buy it. South Arlington Tx.

Lackluster picture and long time to load

The picture is not good, distorted and the coloration is not great. It has issues connecting and launching apps which my previous Smart TV had no issues with. It's also a lot thicker than I had hoped and the display in the store has feet in a different location so the foot measurement was not as I imagined and I had to put it on a larger stand

Solid value for the price. Do keep in mind that this is a Google TV and not an Android TV if you are particular about certain apps working on this Model.

Great value pricing for a Sony tv at this size. Screen isn’t the brightest, contrast is excellent, but an all around winner.

Just wish Best Buy’s system was working properly and it wouldn’t have taken 3 tries to get the tv delivered. Also the installation got messed up too. First appointment got cancelled by you. Next available was 8 days later. Also, was going to be overcharged by $50. We had to have another company hang it who came out same day and
ended up being half the price.

Tv freezes..loud popping noise coming from back of tv with only a few weeks of using it. Call bestbuy to come pick the tv up and replaced it with a samsung

3. Factory Data Reset: If the freezing continues, a fresh start may be necessary. Go to Settings > System > About > Reset > Factory data reset > Erase everything.
