Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience! While we are glad to hear that you are happy with the picture quality of your TV, we are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the internet. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue. Power reset your modem/router.

Internet connection issues are often resolved after performing a power reset. If you have a separate modem and router, power reset both devices
Unplug the power cable to your modem/router and wait about 60 seconds.
Reconnect the power cable to your modem/router and make sure it's turned on.
Wait until the device is finished connecting to the internet and your network.
Check if the issue is resolved.

We are sorry to hear what happen. Check the connection and position of the antenna and peripheral devices Check the antenna/cable connection. Keep the antenna/cable away from other connecting cables. When installing an optional device, leave some space between the device and the TV. Make sure that the antenna is connected using a high quality 75-ohm coaxial cable.
