Picture is excellent better than my Samsung q8fn that broke. Gaming is comparable to that same samsung in game mode no issues. Lacking in a web browser. There's no preloaded app and the ones I did download in the play store dont work. The one app for sony tv loads into a black screen and the other web browser app does not work very well. I searched speed test by Ookla for internet and it would not let me click go to start the test. It is very slow and does not work. Luckily there are other apps for speed tests but pretty much is a bust for browser. Only thing you really need it for was to test internet speed on tv everything else is great. Picture is clean and contrast is great. Streaming apps and services work fast and app themselves work fast too.

I absolutely LOVE this television!
I had to adjust the picture and audio, however after doing so it was great.
The audio was loud with music and low with voices, so it required adjustment for sure.
Some settings were not available through movie steaming (auto picture mode, light sensor and wide mode) and I am not sure why.
I have an antenna and the local TV shows looked great as well! It even found more channels than my last LG television.
The Geek guys who delivered the TV and mounted it were great. However, I need to have them come back to remount the TV lower. Make sure you sit on the couch or chair before deciding where to mount your TV! Unfortunately, they did not do that with me. Otherwise, all was good with them and they were very professional and friendly.
I am very happy with this television and having it mounted (first time for me) as well!

Excellent service from Best Buy and Geek Squad. The picture itself is stunningly beautiful. You can't go wrong if you are purchasing this TV just for the picture. I purchased a Klipsch soundbar to go along with with the TV, but eARC is a newish tech. and the soundbar and the TV have difficulty talking to each other and often need to be reset in order to work properly together. When they do, there is beautiful sound to go along with the picture. Have to reset is frustrating though. I'd suggest either avoiding eARC until there are updates to the firmware or a Sony Soundbar (although the reviews for the suggested Sony soundbars are not stellar, while the reviews of the Klipsch soundbars are). Geek Squad did warn me about the eARC handshake problems at set up.

Bought this to replace my 5 year old Sony 65" XBR850D, which I really liked. I'm glad I "upscaled" to the 75" screen size. Size does matter... Picture is awesome, but the biggest improvement over the 850D series I've noticed is the audio. I have a small living room, and the sound from the TV rivals the sound from the Sony surround sound system I have connected to the TV.
Some reviewers have noted that the included table-top stand is a bit wobbly. I'm using the stand and it's working fine for me.
The 950 series does not include the older component video and audio inputs. If you want to connect older equipment (DVR, VCR, etc.) to the TV you'll need a Sony specific dongle for a composite A/V cable. The Sony specific dongle is a bit difficult to source.

We moved our Bravia 65" (2014) TV and replaced it with the 75" X950H 2020 model. It's a great size upgrade and performance. The Sony color palatte is far superior to others on the market, it’s really nice to watch.
Sony has improved the day-time viewing with much less glare on the screen as compared to our 65” 2014 model. We have our TV installed directly across from a big picture window, so glare is a challenge. We like all the apps. that are available on the TV. We’re very happy with our choice. We had Geek Squad install and set-up our TV. We’ve always had excellent service and highly recommend them.

Purchased this to replace a dying Sony 70" LED (not 4K). I had no expectations other than improved resolution. The old TV required several picture adjustments to look acceptable; this TV needed none. All aspects are improved. Scenes with dark, shadowed areas are discernable but were muddled on the old TV. The color range is great, as is the vibrance. We've been amazed at the difference in color details as much as the resolution upgrade.
The remote is similar to the old design, but improved tge navigation buttons. The ability to add apps to the input list is handy.

The picture is terrific, but the position of the support legs prevents finding a suitable stand. The only solution is to cut a piece of 3/4" ply to size and paint/finish it to match.
Our solution was to spend another $1000 for an OLED that fits on the bench we bought.
