I was looking at an 82 inch television and was impressed with the color and contrast of the television. Once I got it home I was unbelievably impressed. The colors pop and the blacks are true black. I know it’s on the higher end price-wise but I am so glad that I paid a little more for superior quality. I highly recommend it.

Been a 2020 model it is a bargain for the quality, really not worth the extra money for the 2021 model. With Google Assistant, makes the interaction with the TV fun and intuitive. The software is fast and significantly more responsive than other TVs I own. Definitely recommended.

Good tv.

Ordered 77" OLED but got nervous about the burn in or a stray pixel going bad. Secondary TV in study so I have not watched a whole lot in the first 2 months but seems to be ok. Not blown away by picture. Have 82 QLED in living room and the Sony seems comparable. Read Sony's upscaling better than Samsung but I can't see much difference.

Probably wouldnt buy for usual price, but that being said, dang. This is basically like an oled. Yeah you have a bit of that LED look but this tv is fantatic overall. Great color and picture customization and the sound is actually great for a tv. Definitely recommend a wall mount if you get a 75 inch.

Tv sound is good but would get some type of sound bar to get full experience . Only negative is Sony does not the spectrum app so I can stream my cable service . I would recommend this tv is u are an avid tv watcher and wan to see beautiful colors . It works well in bright rooms as well as it does at night.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.we decided to buy a new tv and done research on an array of tv sets and finalized samsung 8 series. ordered the tv in bestbuy website and got an email to pickup curbside. i got the tv with in 5 minutes from my arrival. i installed the tv , connected wifi and other apps in 5 minutes. the tv has a nice color ratio and a decent sound. i had wrongly fit the legs in the opposite direction and again corrected it. there is no clear direction in the user manual.

Great picture quality out of the box. Only made minimal corrections for optimal viewing. We were pleasantly surprised with the audio quality with the tv. With little ones, we won’t upgrade the sound as it packs enough oomph for us. Would definitely recommend Sony and this model.

The current current one x950h is a step above and I really like it but most importantly was the shopping experience at Bestbuy, that impressed me. The sales rep, was very kind, he clearly explained all my benefits and warranty options, carefully loaded the tv, explain how to unpack it and so on. Overall very pleased

The service we received from the geek squad was excellent. Bentley has been setting up our electronics for quite a few years and we are always happy with his work. We compared this one with a couple of its competitors and for the money this one is definitely more clear and bright without all the ghosting I seen on some cheaper ones. Can’t comment on sound because we always use the Denon AVR-X3600H.

Regular broadcast channels leave a little bit to be desired so we hope that more and more 4k content becomes available in the near future.
