Solid offering from Sony if you're looking for the features of a DSLR and the size of a point-and-shoot, but its age is beginning to show and for a slight price bump, you can get 4K video in the 6100 with the same kit lenses and Sony reliability.

This bridge camera has all of the features of a more expensive DLSR and the added advantage of a super zoom lens built in. No need to carry and change lenses. The extremely high-speed continuous shooting is outstanding. I definitely recommend this camera.

Good for those looking for a light camera. Still prefers the quality from Canon or Nikon. But the fact that you can carry easily everywhere while taking kids in a trip adds points. The lenses don't go far enough so you may need more potent lenses for wildlife photography.

Awesome entry level camera, the lenses are ok, for sure but not worth the extra money, your best bet is to just purchase the body and put the extra cash towards a better lense

Very flexible camera. It can do lots of things. I have not figured out how to use all the capabilities it has. You can just snap pictures pretty easilly but if you want to dig in it can be fun or a time consuming project.

I am very happy with this camera and lens set. As I am learning about the different types of shots and exposures, this has been a good value for getting into changeable lenses and learning the mirror less system.
