This camera takes great pictures, and the package deal with the telephoto lens and carrying case was a good value. The instruction booklet could be more helpful without needing to go on-line to get more explanation of the settings. It was also disappointing that it didn't come with a flash card. The flash card is a little difficult to pull out with it's location in the battery compartment.

I enjoy how lightweight this camera is. Very quick response and clear photos.

It can be an outstanding, but a bit expensive, point and shoot camera. It can also be the most sophisticated small size professional camera. I forgot: you can also use all your old expensive lenses with adapters. The results are worth the expense!!!!

I've still got a lot to learn, but, so far this is a wonderful camera. I've played around some and I'm finding the camera is pretty user friendly. This is the first camera that I can easily transfer pictures I've taken to my smartphone via wifi.

Love this camera for everything! Some of the functions can be intimidating. There are several you tube videos to help explain the settings. Who needs a big clunky camera when you can have the same bells and whistles in a smaller package?! Not me!

I've been using Nikon DSLR's for about 6 years. This camera blows then away. I've seen many pro's on YouTube praise this camera, but that still didn't prepare me for just how good this camera is. I can't say enough just How much I love this.

This is an upgrade from my Sony Alpha 3000. It is half the weight of the 3000 with much easier programed shooting modes. I am an amateur photographer and I was thrilled with the results I got at the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon.

Returned a canon rebel t5 because the auto focus took too long to capture my little kids. Got this camera and it is lightning fast and takes incredible pictures in auto settings

Just took my new a-6000 to Mexico. Great traveling camera. Perfect size and weight camera for travel. Easy to have with you. Pictures bright and sharp. Extremely pleased.

Great quality camera, easy to use, pictures come out amazing

Though the specs shows that this is one of the best cameras out there, but my experience so far is not upto the claimed expectations out of this. May be it has to do with my personal experience with this camera so far or may be the lens that comes with the stock kit is not up to par with the other Sony non interchangeable cameras. Before that i had Sony Rx-100, its a no hassle camera, even the auto settings, great picture quality. This camera has a bigger APS-C sens than the 1 inch in RX-100, and it does effect the picture quality, but still as i said you need to have a good lens to support this camera, stock lens won't do any justice. Sometimes i felt like the auto focus wasn't also the worlds fastest. Bottom line: Its a good camera for those who have a few photography experience, specially who are comfortable in carrying the lens and who understand which lens to be used at which occasion and what manual setting suits the scene in view. If you are a naive person in terms of photography experience then you won't be impressed with the results, not because of camera but because of yours own understanding about photography, in that case go with sony non interchangeable cameras then.

This camera is amazing. Great quality, and SO many different functionalities with it. Images are SUPER sharp. It definitely takes some time to learn, but is worth it!

I'm a beginner and this camera was very easy to learn with. I'm glad I chose this one because if you didn't know me you would think I've been doing photography for a while now with the pictures I can get from this sony.

Love the camera wile I had it but the camera was stolen out of my truck I need another one I just got to get more money to buy another one I was trying to see if there any rebate so I can afford to get the same one

This is the second Sony of this type owned. I use it to take pics of my kids in theatre in low light, and the pics come out great. Also use the force flash (fill flash) easily for many occassions. Intuitive to use.

This is the first digital camera other than a point and shoot that I have owned. I am still learning all the features and settings, but so far it has worked well and taken great pictures on the automatic settings.

This camera is the perfect mix of a smaller camera to carry with you that has all of the power of the slr. It's a great camera for beginners to professionals!

It's a really good camera I love it and it's perfect for low light, took it with me this past weekend star gazing and got beautiful pictures of stars, and the 11fps is really nice also nice size for traveling
