This is probably more camera than I needed, but I have been enjoying playing around with it to find all that it can do! I am an auctioneer and it takes sharp, clear pictures that I am able to use on my sale bills. It also has the speed to take multiple pictures per second, making it great for the sport action pictures I like to take of the grandkids.

The camera is very easy to use and creates very dynamic photos.

Pro: takes great pics, nice and light, lots of control options. Con: shutter noisy, not too many lens options available at this time.

A nice starter mirrorless system. This is the first digital system I have purchased, having used 35mm and 2-1/4 medium format most of my life. I wanted a small digital system with both auto and manual flexibility to travel with.

Excellent camera - my wife owned a Canon DSLR for years and was reluctant to switch to a mirrorless Sony, but happy with the results. Unfortunately I lost the camera on a trip to Florida!

Great alternative to a DSLR camera. I didn't want the size but wanted to advantages to a DLSR. This is perfect!

The screen of the A6000 is 3 inches, and sharp enough to check the photo’s you took or to change your settings.

I got this camera for my son's 1 year birthday party and the pictures came out great. It's hard to take pictures of a toddler when they run around so fast but this camera got great shots. The quality I would say is comparable to a DSLR. I was bias towards Sony cameras but the representative at best buy assured me they had up their qualities in camera. My other option would have been the canon mirrorless camera but I figured I tried this out. Glad I did.

This is a great camera. Much lighter than traditional digital SLR.
