Bought this camera at the recommendation of salesman. Very light camera and pictures came out very clear. Will do more testing but seems it's pretty comparable to a DSLR.

I purchased this because I was entering back into photography. I spend a lot of time outdoors Bikepacking, Trail running, Backpacking and wanted something smaller than a DSLR but wanted more control that a smartphone or point and shoot could provide. Along with wanting interchangeable lens. This camera has exceeded my exceptions and it is something I can grow into for years before needing another body.

this camera is awesome. the kit lenses plincluded are great to get started but leave you wanting more! the camera is amazingly accurate and fast with its hybrid auto focus system. Great little camera for almost everything and anything you can snap a picture of. The menu layout takes some getting use to and accessing the iOS, aperture, and shutter speed can sometimes be daunting in the beginning. but once you familiarized yourself with it it becomes almost natural.

I love this camera with its superb photo & video quality with mirror less technology and being compact in size. Happy to share that i got wonderful camera.

I have been looking for a small camera that takes good pics. This camera takes excellent pics! I am extremely surprised at the quality and how small it is.

I am very pleased with the quality of the photos taken with this camera. It is easy to use and very easy to travel with. I think I prefer it over my DSlR.

This is my first high end camera, its light weight, easy to carry. The picture quality of the pics is very good. Would recommned this for a starter.

I was pleasantly surprised at the results I'm getting with this camera. While it's not up there with the pro Canon DSLR cameras I use, I wasn't expecting the shots I'm getting. I'm now using this camera as my walking/riding around unit. The only negative I can report is the lens options are a little lacking. I'm debating an adapter so I can use all my big time Canon glass. I can't yet justify the need to spend $400 on an adapter that has mixed reviews. Probably if I need the options the big glass offers I'll just stick with my Canons. Happy Shooting

This is my first DSLR camera. Overall, it is easy to use and it takes beautiful pictures. Also very affordable. I am very happy with my purchase.

This camera has so many features, I'm still learning them. I love the super fast continuous shoot, this will help me get the best shots of my dog in action. Much better than trying to time the moment to get the right shot. It shot the pictures so fast, that I have pictures of her blinking her eyes, it actually caught her in mid blink. The quality of the pictures are GREAT and I am just a beginner. The instruction book doesn't tell you much, but there are great you tube videos on this camera that explain more features than you will probably use.

Pictures of a blue jay eating at the feeder are so very clear. The ease of use is just great; you don't have to experienced to use this camera.

This camera is amazing. It gives you the power of Nikon and Cannon DSLR cameras but in a smaller size that is easier to handle and travel with.

My two sons are in sports. One in soccer the other is in cross country. With this camera I am able to take professional like pictures with no experience. The camera is very easy to use takes great action shots. I love it and I am learning to use it as I go along I recommend this camera it came with 2 lenses and the bag. It is a must for any parent that have children to take those magic moments of their lives. Five star

I decided it was time to upgrade from my old point and shoot camera to a dslr. After doing some onliine research, I chose the Nikon D3300. I went into the store to try it out, and happened to see the Sony a6000. It has the same sensor as the D3300, but it is smaller, has a lot more focus points, can take more frames per second and has a screen that can be tilted up or down so you can take pictures over people's heads, or from ground level and still see what you're doing. It's a little more money, but I think it is worth it.

Hesitated to buy this camera but after looking at others in same price range this had more features and came with two lenses and a bag

Was looking to get back in to interchangeable lens cameras. Had started looking at DSLRs and heard about mirrorless cameras. Started reviewing and quickly narrowed to this camera and lense set. It ended up hard to find in my area and I wanted to see. The sales person had one, is also a commercial photographer & loved it. I was already sold but her enthusiasm sealed the deal. Glad I got it - I love it and the pictures I have been able to take. Looking forward to more opportunities and am looking for additional lenses.

Great camera for a beginner. I picked this camera instead of a DSLR, because it's lighter and less bulky. It's easy to use, but I need to learn more about the camera in order to be able to use the more interesting features.
