Higher audio quality without separate microphone. Phone app quality/control can improve and frequent fogging inside the case is not exactly convenient, however.

What could be better is the way you hold the item.has mounts but only for hard items. Maby for biking would be great but should have got her the go pro

The biggest issue was the video quality. Coming from previously owning a "Go Pro" camera, I was utterly disappointed in the quality from this camera. Near the beginning of the trip, the record button on the case stopped working, which meant pulling the camera out of the case to start the recording process. The battery life on this camera was not very good either, which would mean carrying around additional rechargeable batteries. Also, when the camera is in the protective case, there is no charging port to plug the USB into.... This prevents you from being able to record while charging. The camera itself feels cheaply made. In the end, its not a terrible camera but also not a very good one either. Definitely not what I would come to expect from a Sony product.

We purchased this for homeschooling projects and business blog videos. I do wish that I could see what I'm recording or photographing in the field. You can't review anything til you get home to your computer. I am pleased it has a photo function.
