When the item arrived, it had no manual & no charging cable cord so there was no way for us to charge the camcorder even to our computer. As a Premier Best Buy customer, I called Customer Service to confirm that I could return it at a local store within 30 days. They said yes. When I took it to the store, the manager didn't want to return it stating they only had a 15-day return policy & that she's never heard of a 30-day return policy. I showed her the policy stated on my emailed confirmation showing the 30-day return policy & she had nothing to say after that. She gave me the run around for nearly 20minutes before crediting my credit card. Bad customer service.

The picture quality isn't quite there, but not too far off for the price. I was happy with the videos and being able to print good quality pictures from the frames of the videos. It uploaded great to my iMac and was a cinch to share with others.

It looked much larger than it actually was. Only when I opened the package it dawned on me it is not a camcorder, which is what I was looking for. Sorry!
