Very small easy to use nice it does DVD and blue ray

I've purchased multiple of these Sony models over the years. They are compact, very reliable and very affordable for 4k.

Easy to install runs great pictures quality is clear

The player has been great for the last 13 months. It is starting to have to be rebooted every once in a while by unplugging it. Seeing it is still being sold, I am thinking of replacing it with another unit of the same kind.

I bought this Blue Ray Player for my grand kids to watch their movies on. They love this blue ray player. They said it has beautiful colors for the movies and love the music and movie streaming. They are very happy with this player.

It performs well. The interface is user-friendly and I really appreciate its compact size. It feels cheaply built though, the little plastic flap looks like it will be break in no time. I've only had it for a month so can't speak for durability - if it does last I will update my review. Overall pleased, and would recommend it.

This machine produces great video and great sound. It has been very good for streaming from the Internet. The only negative I have seen has been an Occasional video freeze While streaming. This is fixed by turning the machine off and then back on after waiting a few seconds. This seems to happen once or twice a month.

The Sony DVD player was purchased to replace our outdated & defective Sony Blu-ray player. The upgraded model is also much faster, quieter & smaller than its predecessor. Picture quality is crisp as always with every Sony product we’ve owned.

I am very impressed with every Sony purchase that I have ever made. It plays both blu rays & dvds, can stream from so many apps & works great with our Sony 4K tv. We don't even need all the apps since we have a smart tv but this would be perfect for a tv that doesn't already have streaming capabilities!

I had an older unit from Sony that needed replacing. I was open to pretty much any manufacture or model, but when it came right down to it, I ended up selecting a newer model of the same unit. Nothing new to learn, so I was back up and running in no time!

The performance of this device is on point. I also like the compact size.

We purchased this to play our Blu-ray DVDs and have been happy with its performance so far. It also has streaming capabilities but we're currently not using it for that purpose as we already have a Roku device. It will serve as a backup for streaming if the Roku fails.

Great little BluRay for the money, plays well feeding a Sony TV. Packs a lot into a small package, 4k upscaling, 3d if you need it. Liked the first one so much, I bought a second.

Had a combo player that did not play Blu-ray. Like that it is compact in size for the location it's at. When I turn it on my SmartTV picks up the source right away so no need to grab a different remote. Plenty of functions to choose from for your viewing habits.

Love the player, easy to use and it's small which helps in my crowded space.

Fits nicely on the TV stand, doesn't take up much room at all. DVD video is very clear. Streaming apps work well also. No buffering issues on my home wireless network at all. I recommend this Blu-ray and DVD player for its performance and overall value. Money well spent!

So far it works pretty well! It is comparable to 4k players. It isnt as high res but it is pretty good for what it is---especially if you're trying to save a buck. I havent had any problems with it thus far. I dont use any of the internet capabilities though.

My children enjoy our extensive Blu-ray Collection & I wanted something they could operate with ease. Set up was quick & easy. It came with preloaded apps so we are able to stream from our Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, etc. I most likely will purchase a 2nd for the guest room.
