Replaced a junk LG product. Compact size, plays dvds and blue rays so does what it I bought it for. Haven’t used the 4K upscale or WiFi

Easy to set up and plays bluray discs flawlessly. I use it with my wireless router to stream Hulu and Amazon Prime programming. Does what it's supposed to do without any problems.

So far, it has been the best version of a smart dvd and blu ray player that I’ve owned. However, the blu ray player has a mileage and will eventually go out of service before the dvd component does. I am aware of this so let’s see how long she lasts ^_^

This Sony is the best and affordable. It produces a great picture and great audio. Setup was easy as well. Great purchase!

Just in time to keep my older Vizio smart tv streaming Netflix after they changed the plans on me. Also needed ability to stream Prime on same older tv and this works like a charm!

Does everything we needed. It's a compact little unit that doesn't take up much space. Connecting to our existing accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) was easy and fast. Works great!

This blu ray player was a step up from the regular dvd player that we've had for several years. The price was great. The player was easy to set up. It plays movies great also.

This is a very goo Blu Ray player for the price. It doesn't have a front display but we can't see it from across the room anyway. We love the streaming feature. Much simpler than Apple TV.

I was looking for an inexpensive bluray player that would allow me to connect to Amazon Video and Netflix. This system also allows for 4K upscaling - but since my received isn't capable of transmitting 4K, I can't comment on how well it does that. What I can say is that it plays BluRay movies wonderfully and quickly. Also, I have no issues connecting to Netflix or Amazon and both quickly display 1080p quality. I do use an ethernet cable (rather than wireless). I do recommend using the quick-on feature (turning on is almost instantaneous). Also, I recommend that you do let the system do an upgrade check when you are doing the setup.

I bought this unit to replace a similar Samsung model that quit after less than 3 years. These are now commodity items, so I don't expect it to last as long as my 15 year old Toshiba. The player is fine. The streaming services are limited, but seem to work OK. As usual, because the unit is so small, the ON/OFF light is tiny, light green and hard to see. (The Samsung model didn't have one). The remote if also tiny, I guess to match the cuteness of the player itself. It starts up quickly and has read all of my DVDs, old and Blue-Ray without a hitch.

We bought this for my in-laws. It was easy to work and the quality is what you expect from Sony. Of course the price was worth every penny. I plan on getting on for my own home.
