Great Blue Ray Player

It is compact and light for that addition to a home theater system. Hard to beat the price for this player. Going to to get a second one for the other room. Highly recommend.

Will recommend it as it does not take a lot of space. Easy to set up. And easy to operate.

This model caught my eyes for its price and specifications, with all the features I was looking forward to. The player is light, easy to use. Built-in wifi is a plus.

Full Featured but lacks desired connections

The ac cord is detachable which makes it easier to install with other shelf components - did not need to move media center. Light on connections. Only 1 HDMI connection and no extra analog or digital audio outs for the reciever. An extra HDMI out would be great. Typical Sony value not cheap but you get what you pay for. I have never regretted a Sony purchase but I have regretted not buying a Sony component when disappointed by a competitors product.

I was able to sync the remote with my non-Sony TV and when I wish to watch a movie or use one of the Smart TV functions it automatically changes the input on my TV to the Blu-ray player. This is a major convenience. This produces a very high-quality picture and extreme ease of use .
