The Samsung blu ray players were junk. I always bought the top of the line, but the would only last about one year. So, here I am back to Sony. We have several of these throughout our house now, and they are far superior in quality and reliability. The physical appearance is a bit cheap looking, but the components work well every time. I can not give full stars simply due to the cheap appearance.
