Great playback and interface. Netflix streaming is faster and higher quality than a Fire Stick or my Samsung TV. Both would stop playing to buffer, this player does not.

I purchased two of these for a pair of 4K TVs. The picture was improved over HD which impressed guests. Please remember to buy an HDMI cable that supports 4K playback.

Great picture quality and sound with a few short short comings. Smart menus are slow to load or do not load. Requiring a restart or go to the last menu and try again.

Easy setup. Apps are great. Great picture quality. This is an overall top of the line product.

Very easy to use for their of us who aren't 'techies' . Love steaming Pandora channels.

Return didn't have anything to do with how well this worked, just discovered that it was the cable that was the problem so we replaced just that and our other player worked just fine.

Sony products until now they haven't disappointed this is the best Blu-ray player I have bought, my movies look a lot better 4k TV and 4k Blu-ray best combination

Amazing what you can get for so little money. I'm a Samsung guy but got this because it was on sale and had upscaling which I needed for my 4K tv. Happy with it.

I've been really enjoying this tv for the last month. Calibration was a breeze, the refresh rate looks fantastic and the available apps make it really convenient to stream content.

Got this to augment a non smart tv, and be able to access online content as well as watch blue ray. Also getting a second for a new 4k TV. All works very well.

I needed a DVD player that was small so it could fit under my tv on the mantle. This fit the bill. Works well just wish it had more apps like a roku or Apple TV

I replaced an LG sound bar with the Sony. It was a big pain with several issues. I really like my new Sony sound bar which meets my expectations. Great sound!

I bought this BluRay player for a friend for Christmas. So far they seem to enjoy streaming content from what is available. The player loads really fast for movie playing also.

Small and compact, but not lacking in features or options. Wifi was very easy to setup, the menu is easy to use and understand and there are so many apps you can add or remove. This was bought for the bedroom and we have watched quite a few movies on it and picture looks very good for what I would consider a budget bluray player. Good things do come in small packages.

This player is nice and compact- doesn't take up a lot of entertainment center space. Other online reviews commented negatively that it doesn't have anot LCD display or anything on the front- who cares? Lots of apps and access to different streaming services. I haven't used the Playstation game service yet.
