We understand how frustrating it can be to not see a clear numerical volume level, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We designed the on-screen display to be as minimal as possible to avoid obscuring the TV picture, but we recognize that a more detailed volume indicator would be beneficial. We also understand your feedback on the difficulty in differentiating the voice mode settings, as clarity in these options is crucial for a personalized listening experience.

In the meantime, you may be able to find more detailed information and controls for your soundbar through the Sony | BRAVIA Connect app on your smartphone, which may provide a clearer visual interface for adjusting settings.
