    Excellent sound but the app has a hard time of connecting and will unregister from you Sony account and makes it impossible to connect to wifi

      Please make sure your Wi-Fi network is stable and that the soundbar is within range of your router, you can also try restarting your router and the soundbar. Uninstall the Sony | BRAVIA Connect app from your phone or tablet and then reinstall it—this can sometimes clear up any bugs or corrupted data—and ensure your soundbar has the latest firmware installed.

    Great sound, paired with a sony subwoofer and surround speakers it is perfect, i live in apartment and I just needed to add a couple sound pads to avoid claims

      Thanks for the feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that your HT-A9000 is giving you trouble with the sound cutting out. That is definitely not the experience we want you to have.

      Before you return it, we’d suggest trying these quick steps to see if they fix the issue:

      -Check that the other devices connected to the speaker system and TV are connected to the correct jacks with the correct cables, and that they are firmly inserted all the way to the back.
      -Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, wait two minutes, and then plug it back in.

    The sound on this is something I’ve never experienced before. It’s not that loud but it’s very clear and even at the highest volume possible, there is no distortion.

    I had a problem with the Bravia 8 sound bar - the sound kept cutting out, so I went to the Bravia & still the sound is cutting out, not as much but still doing that

      Thanks for your feedback about the Bravia sound bars. We're sorry to hear the sound keeps cutting out, even after switching to the Bravia 9. That kind of interruption definitely isn’t what we want for your setup.

      Here are a few quick things you can try: Make sure all the cables are connected tightly; sometimes even a small looseness can mess with the sound. If you’re using Bluetooth or another wireless connection, keep other electronics away from the sound bar to reduce interference. Restarting both your TV and sound bar can also refresh the connection and fix minor hiccups.

      It’s worth checking for any software updates for both your TV and sound bar.
