Installation was surprisingly complicated

You have to download Sony's app on to your phone to allow the system to "find" the new speakers on wireless.

We’re sorry to hear the volume levels aren't meeting your expectations. These rear speakers are designed for atmospheric surround effects rather than mimicking the deep bass of a subwoofer, but you can significantly increase their output by adjusting the Rear level in the Sony | Bravia Connect app. We also recommend running the Sound Field Optimization to ensure the system is calibrated correctly for your room's layout.
