The sound of this unit was outstanding but the quality was terrible. After only 10 days the left channel went out. When I called Best Buy they said that seven out of ten Sony stereos that they had installed had the same issue. Sony should pull these from the market. Best Buy on the other hand stood by there work and agreed to take care of everything. I will be replacing it with a Kenwood.

Best buy recommended this stereo and said it was a amp and stereo combined and would give my speakers the power its needs to its fullest potential its is an amp but with barely any power you'd be better off without an amp just a receiver if you do get this make sure you get a amp that will actually power your speakers like 500 rms it was a bad recommendation for someone that's spending 1500 on there stereo It just keeps turning off to protect itself so I'm saving up for amp I would expect at least a free install but you win some you lose some ..... Should of trusted my first instinct

This was a great quality radio but the unit volume button was defective. It was used.

Complete junk! Never worked from day one. Kept giving me "OUTPUT ERROR". Tried another one, same error message.

this radio puts out hella and sounds great tons of bass and tons of voice its got a equaliser and everything this radios great!!! i would forsure recommend this radio to anyone

The USB port is very sensitive and it turns off mid song I hate this stereo will return soon

I am absolutely impressed by this radio. I enjoy the big sound that it pushes. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I bought an MEXXB100BT as an X-Mas present for my best buddy to install on his pontoon boat. I wanted an in dash CD receiver with as much on board power as possible. This deck does not disappoint. It sounds great and plays the four Pyle speakers installed on the boat louder than heck. HIGHLY recommended!!!

Sounds great, the built in amplifier gives your speakers enough power to let you feel the music. Love the options to set frequency cut off range.

The built in high power amp is what sold me on this receiver, I mounted it in the fairing of my motorcycle and it has enough power to push four Kicker 5.25" speakers without adding an amplifier. Expensive compared to some of the low power receivers but saved me money and kept the installation clean by saving me having to add an amplifier. All my music is on a thumb drive plugged into the USB port. I have plenty of volume and actually much more BASE than I expected from 5.25 inch speakers. I am very happy with the unit!

Quality sound and installation by Best Buy Geek Squad.. I am overall very impressed with this product.

I took advantage of free installation and bought a Kenwood. I could not for the life of me see the display in the sun. BB Uninstalled that one and I chose the Sony. They installed it and charged me no extra for a second install. Very nice. The Sony makes me happy. Thanks, BB.

This is a good audio with great features,I especially like the phone mic.

The good: the buttons are easy to use. Once you understand what the buttons do and where they are placed, you can keep your eyes on the road while operating the device. The bad: The Blue Tooth default is to use Sony's app "App Remote" is a waste of time, has no value added, and you have to override the car stereo, every time you turn it on. Also, the clock appears to be having issues defaulting an hour early when certain events and buttons are pushed.

It started as a great model with a built in amp. For the price, I thought it was a great deal. Overtime, I saw that the system was inconsistent with its start up. The demo would start playing randomly, even if turned off. And finally one day I started my car and the radio would not start. There was no power up. I checked the fuse and everything. Finally I gave up and brought it in to geek squad, and the installation guy told my that this model it self was not working properly. He told me that lots of customers came back complaining about this system. Temporally I have my factor system in as a replacement while the sony system is being repair. I expected better from sony!!!

Had the first radio worked on 2 times within the first few weeks of purchase. i ended up getting it replaced within 90 days of purchase went another few months and went out again hoping the third one is the good one or replaced with and equivalent priced model
