This recorder is really good in terms of easy to use and extremely portable(good for travel). I use this to record meetings and lectures and it works great. You get what you pay for. Pricing is ok, wish it was a little cheaper, but this is a good quality product. One thing I wish could be better is the storage. I maxed it out once, and didn't realize I had done so until I went to turn my recorder off. Storage is a little small, but overall recording and sound quality is great.

This is my first digital recorder, besides my smartphone recorder, and I am so happy with my purchase! It is easy to set-up and use for the day to day recordings. The more in depth functions I am not so sure how to use, but I am not interested in that - yet. The recordings are clear and static free so they are wonderful to create CD's for clients and perform podcasts' for an online use.

**there is a button to reduce background noise, but I haven't figured it out completely yet. I use it in class. It picks up the speaker really well. I can upload the files to my laptop, store them there and listen later if I like. The battery life has been really good so far. The only thing I don't like about it is that it beeps every time a button is pushed, whether I am picking a file to record in or pushing the record button. It is a quiet beep, but in a quiet classroom you can hear it quite well.

worried after spending sooo much that it will not last. need it for business and school. ability to transfer files to hard drive a must.

Wow! The Best sound playback of any digi audio recorder I've owned. Used mostly for business conference meetings in large auditoriums, or convention centers. The auto noice cancelling and selectable recording modes are great! Lighted buttons, for record and stop, are great in dimmly lit environments

Overall a nice recorder for the price. I found it easy to useand it has plenty of built in room.

This recorder is small, light-weight, and easy to use. I specifically like the fact that you can greatly expand the memory and that it records in mp3 file format. mp3 files are just fine for almost any purpose-- you can even import them into your DAW. That is why I like this unit. It is packed with features... I am picky as a sound guru. I am not happy with any of the microphones on any recorder to tell you the truth so you have to consider that. The quality of this unit is "relatively" excellent. I have used mini cassette recorders and other hand held's and this one I like a lot. Nice big buttons. A decent display. It has great features so I recommend reading the manual although I didn't even have to read it.

I would recommend this recorder to all students that are taking a class where the lectures are over 2 hours. I have ran a lecture up to 5 hours plus all of my other classes for the week and still have room for more lectures. I love that I can change my folder names to whatever class in am in that way I don't have to remember what class it came from. Overall great buy with ease of use and transfer.

I use it to record certain conversations for strategic reasons... It's small, light and compact. I'm glad I bought it.

This recorder is way better than my last one. I sit in the middle of lecture and can hear the instructor perfectly during playback. It also has speed playback and I can listen to my 5 hr lecture in 3 or less. This is been a life saver during nursing school

Solid - sturdy product with fairly easy to use menus. Gets a good quality recording and easy to convert to MP3.

I need a recorder only a few times per year. Have been "roughing-it" with a cassette recorder and finally made the change to digital. Love this little machine, but the included software took some getting used to. After a few more attempts at using it, I'm sure I will give it 5 Stars.

This is an excellent little digital recorder. I'm a project manager and use it to record my meetings for future reference.

This product has helped me tremendously with my studying. I can save each recording to my computer and organize in folders. The speaker works great and it is compatible with my car stereo.
