No sony help when called support and BB does not have a charger to test it with.... 5 emails, 8 phone calls all for a camera that lasted 2 months! It takes shaky pictures. I have sworn off sony products.

It fell from my pocket, and now the lens cover will not open fully when powered on. I can open it manually after powering on. It wasn't a long fall, sure wish it was more durable. Unsure if I would recommend

It takes such poor quality photos that I was honestly stunned. I would not recommend this item to anyone and am returning it to Best Buy.

poor in low light
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The camera was worst one I used had Canon and Nikon. It was poor in low light and give you blur pictures. The 20.1mp megapixels was not showing high-resolution images. It was disappoint.
