They glow different colors depending on the game and what's happening in the game. Fits perfectly in my hands and even includes a rectangle "touch screen" on them to use randomly.

I've never had issues with the battery life on these controllers. It gets me through lengthy play sessions with no problem. The color is a beautiful deep green + white. It's even better when you can snag these controllers on sale.
