It will be used on his bedroom TV, a 32" 720p television which I got for him last Christmas (also a Best Buy purchase). Obviously not intended for a 4K or 1080p display, and with most of his favorite videos on DVD only, this was a logical choice. NOTE: I also have one on my own TV and have been very satisfied with its features as well.
