I was very pleased w/ this product purchase. The unit is sleek & totally functional for my needs. Best of all, I did not feel pressured by a sales staff member to get a specific model ... ie. outside my needs or budget.

We are senior citizens so wanted just a basic DVD player that was easy to install & use.. This one has been perfect for us & we've enjoyed hours of movie viewing already! Great quality picture, sound & ease of install/use. HIGHLY recommend this if you are looking for a good basic DVD at a reasonable price.

It is a basic device for the kids room. As all new devices, all functions are in the remote and this works pretty well. Good resolution and on-control functions my kids love like slow/fast mode (as they call it) and audio and subtitle functions useful for a bilingual family.

Works like a charm for my sons bedroom. Easy hookup, remotes have everything we need, and great price!

This SONY DVD player is an excellent value with high quality for regular use.

This DVD player delivers basic but good quality in all senses. Being a Sony you know you are off to a good start compared to generic brands. Has all the basic features you need, at a reasonable price, remembering it is not a Blue Ray, nor smart, nor WIFI capable

This was a gift for my daughter. She wanted a DVD player that was easy to hook up and use. It does both and she gets excellent reception with clear pictures and audio. The price was right.

Purchased this dvd player for my 4 yr old daughter. Price was great. It's easy for her to operate it on her own. No complaints

We needed a basic DVD for my daughters room and picked this brand due to price and reliability of Sony. Had an easy and uncomplicated set up. My daughter watches movies and plays music and it has worked perfectly, especially for the price.

I know DVD players are old school now but we still have DVD’s believe it or not. This one in particular is a great value.

This dvd player does the job for us to use with an older television that is not digital. It was easy to set up and has a remote control that has several options. It does not record, it is only a player but we did not want something that recorded for use with the older tv set.

Pros: Plays the DVD with Clarity of Picture and Sound Quality is Great. Cons: N/A This is small and compact. We have purchased several over time for our homes and as gifts. The performance and quality we have with this DVD Player goes beyond the low price and can be compare easily with more expensive models.

If you just need a very simple dvd player to play dvds and you don't need to stream - this is for you. It's also very simple to set up. The remote is pretty easy to use as well.

I bought this to replace my old cd player when it broke down. This doesn't have all the features of the cd player, but it works great. Plug in and play. One tenth of the cost of a cd player replacement.

The player is compact yet plays DVDs clearly and is adaptable by means of various settings.

I purchased this DVD player for a gift, but ended up keeping it for myself! I use it in the bedroom, the picture clarity is Excellent! For the price, it's an amazing component! Knowing it's a Sony I know that it is a quality player!!

Easy to set up and use. We got it for our motor home so we can watch movies when we travel. It’s small and lightweight and easily fits into the limited space we have available.

I really liked the good price on this but didn't notice till I got it home that there is no display window on the front of the DVD player to show what track Etc but I've been getting along just fine without it!! Gets the job done for a reasonable price!!

I am very pleased with my new DVD from Sony! I no longer have to worry whether or not my new DVD purchases will be compatible with my DVD player....my new player is also sleek, compact, and adds a touch of quality to my entertainment center!
