Open box purchase. DVD player looks and works like a new player.

This DVD player has great potential. It works well and the eject part of it is fantastic

Not expensive. Very slow response when a button is pushed. You wait so long, 3-4 seconds, you don't know whether to press the button again. But it does the job.

You can get a clock or counter to appear on the screen but no one wants to see that while they're watching a movie. Not a big issue though. Does exactly what we bought it for.

We love Sony and needed a DVD player. We headed over to BestBuy to see what they had at a reasonable price and this on fit the bill. it's kind of slow to load hence the 4 stars but is otherwise ok.

Excellent, though only using as CD player. Why is there a minimum.

This is a good player for the kids room or older folks who need a player without too many extras. Most kids and older folks don't need internet TV or other options.

I purchased this DVD player because the Memorex that I have sometimes worked, sometimes not on certain DVDs. While this player does the same thing, it's a good enough buy for everyday/night use.

I really like this DVD player. I lost the remote control to one that I previously bought so I purchased a second one. I was very excited to see that the new remote control works on both units. Now i have 2 DVD players.

This DVD player is great except that it does not include an HDMI outlet. It has the multicolored outputs for HD, but those cords are too much of a clutter.

I was replacing another Sony DVD Player that had been running forever. I an hoping this younger version will make me as happy. I haven't installed this one yet because of all the Holliday crazy and am looking forward to curling up, warm and at home with pop corn and movies. Can't Wait!

It does its job. Wish it would have all the apps. For my older tv.

Though it is a little slow to turn on, this is a very good VCR for the money. I have had this VCR about a month but so far it runs fine.

I have no clue how well this works. I bought two as open boxed items, unfortunately the first one I waited to long to set up. My mother passed so I never got around to setting it up. When I did four months later when I opened the box it was missing the remote. I did try to return it and was told by BB there was nothing they could do. Without thinking about it I purchased another one of the same model as an open ox item to save a little money, and this too was missing the remote! I have seen other reviews that are pleased with the DVD plater however if you do want to buy it I suggest NOT getting an open boxed on, it just comes with a headache.

Very pleased with my purchase. Compact DVD player that does so much more than just play movies. Can't go wrong with Sony products in my opinion. Definitely recommended!
