I was looking for a basic, simple set up DVD player. This is the one!

I really like this DVD player. I lost a TV/VHS recorder/player due to a storm surge. While this player will not record, I have many DVDs to watch and will enjoy the quality of this player.

very easy to install,and easy to understand the instructions,shipping came right on time and the price was very reasonable !i would recomend any item from best buy any time to anyone !

This is probably a good product for simple needs. However, I bought it to use in a hotel with limited cable and it does not operate properly with the hotel's older tv. Otherwise, ok.

The player came with cable connectors for audio only. I'm not sure if this is normal or not, but I was disappointed that I had to go out and purchase a video cable just to watch a movie.

It got bumped of the tv stand and broke. But the price was good.

Player does not show full screen from disc. Will return it. This review does not reflect negatively on Best Buy. Only on my lack of DVD knowledge.

Purchased this as a simple dvd player for family entertainment. Easy to set up and begin to play within minutes. Excellent value for price paid. May buy another for myself.

I brought this product for our company, to play memorial video. Sony is name we know.

Combined with my free Redbox rentals, this DVD player works well and still puts me under the price of a ticket at the theater. All of the features work like they're supposed to.

Good player but overpriced. Get it price matched and with voucher or something then ok. Big pro is that it has both hdmi and composite outputs.

Very simple no frills...just needed a cheap DVD player for the exercise room. Just what you'd expect for the low price. Does the job

Perfect for my use. I use it for my exercise DVDs in my exercise room. Didn’t need anything with a lot of extras. Setup was easy.

Both players were very easy to hook up. But one player did require addional wiring. It did note on box it was needed and had to be purchased.

We purchased this player for a guest room and it is more than expected. Couldn't ask for a better DVD player for this low a cost. Highly recommend this.
