They were able to pick it up in just a few minutes and when they got home it took them only a few minutes to hook it up and start watching a DVD. The picture quality was also great. I would recommend this DVD to anyone.

Great little DVD player

Sony DVD player works perfectly right out of the box with the AV cables that come with it. Use the Quick Setup menu, a couple clicks, and you're good to go. Seems well-built. Not a lot of bells and whistles, just a great little basic DVD player. I plan to buy an additional one for the TV in the guest room.

I picked up a new one for my mom, same model, because mine has worked so well. It's a great little machine that should last you many years.
