Have been purchasing Sony products for years, this small dvd player has stood up to my expectations.. My daughter uses it on her dresser, very easy to access, and compact, the remote has many features that also allows you to repeat a disk, or even just part of a scene, which is helpful when a child likes to review a specific chapter or even just a part of it.. Also has the option to continue a movie where you left off, even after powering it down..

I spotted this DVD player on the Best Buy website. It was a new, open-box Sony DVD player in excellent condition for $20.99. With my $5 Best Buy coupon, I could not pass it up! Very happy with how easy it was to set up and how well it plays...this was a great deal!

I bought this Sony to replace a more expensive unit and was so happy when it was smaller and easier to work. The picture is good and the price was wright.

Excellent product, Best Buy is a great place to buy electronics. My vacumm, tv, computer, laptop are bought from Best Buy. When my son was graduate his computer, cell phone, all electronics he needed were bought at Best Buy. And now my second DVD player like the old are buying at Best buy. Th old has 14 years and stays working.

The installation was super easy and I was able to watch movies immediately, The sleek black box is a desirable replacement for my late troubled and unattractive predecessor.

The DVD player is very small. You have to control it with the remote as there are very few controls on the device itself. It's slow to respond when powering on. It does work well as a player other than that.

Awesome dvd player it has hdmi port so it connected up to my led tv nicely beautiful picture. It's a sony and this is a quality sony product I love the remote also. I loved this DVD player so much that this last one I bought is to replace my first one when it dies but that does not look like it is going to be anytime soon.

Have blu Ray players in other part of the house but was looking for just an inexpensive DVD player for a new tv. This one works well and the picture is very nice - the HD upconversion seems to really do something! (I had thought it was probably just a gimmick that I wouldn’t even notice).
