Happy Happy Happy! Easy to connect to my Samsung TV, Good remote with easy to understand & use buttons. So far, so good. Played my fav show for hours. Yay! Thanks Best Buy & Sony!

I haven't used this much yet, but it was easy to hook up and when I played a CD in it, it worked well and provided a good clear picture.

Plugged it in to the wall and then into the new Sony TV with a HDMI cable (not included), put in a DVD of an old movie, pressed play with the remote and was watching the movie within 10 minutes! I'm always afraid when I start new add ons that I'll get some weird error message and then have to spend 2 hours on the phone. I have found that it's important that the play side of the DVD be very clean. With one film, I was getting messages on the screen that the sound output wasn't working properly. Stopped the film, cleaned the disc and then all was well. I've used it 4 times and am really happy with it. The only minor downside is that the buttons on the player itself are flimsy, but the remote works really well.

I like this DVD player. It was easy to set up and very easy to use. The picture is very clear and awesome.

We needed an easy-to-use DVD player for our old collection. The price point was perfect. It was also easy to hook up to a smart TV and use. All in all, perfect for our needs.

We "upgraded" to a blu-ray player, but had some problems with it twice. There was some type of incompatibility issue, we think so back to the DVD player. We have not had a problem with it at all. It's slim so fits easily into your TV cabinet. The only complaint is that it doesn't show how much time is left to play on the DVD. Our other DVD players that we had previously did. This is helpful if you need to stop playing and resume at another time.

Easy to set up, great picture and functions easily. I'm tech challenged, so ease is always appreciated when I don't have to battle a lot of hook up directions. Best Buy people helpful in explaining everything. Very pleased. Use for my DVDs for continued ed classes and general entertainment.

Overall, it’s a good DVD player and worked well for the most part. However, I experienced a few glitches during playback. I’m not sure if the issue was with the player or the DVDs themselves, but I decided to return it just to be safe. Still, it was a good overall experience.

I needed a cheap DVD player for a kids room. This one was an excellent price. I was very surprised at how good the quality was because the price was so low. Would definitely recommend for a kids room.
