This is a great DVD player for a very good price! Highly recommended.

This player had good resolution and easy to use. Directions for connecting to our TV were easy to follow.

Nice physically small DVD player. Only improvement might be a remote that is flat and lays better on a shelf.

Only issue is the buttons on the device don't seem to work efficiently. Better response with the remote.

I bought the Sony SR510H DVD player mainly to play the movies recorded on DVD-Rs. I had to return a DVD player of another brand because it couldn’t play DVD-R. The Sony plays DVD-Rs without any problem. My wife has been using it on a daily basis for her exercise videos. The Sony player is compatible with the HD TVs as well as old fashioned TVs. a composite cable is included in the box for this purpose. HDMI cable is not included. it is easy to setup and plays straight out of the box Overall, the DVD player satisfies our needs.

Ideal size, easy to hook up and great picture. We needed a player for our second home for movie watching when nothing entertaining is on tv (which is a lot of time). This unit is great. No annoying clock to flash at me. A straight forward player with remote. Love it!

This little DVD player works great! And you cannot beat the price. I have some old DVD's that I still want to watch and didn't want to spend a lot.

For the price, I was not expecting much. I wanted an inexpensive player for our second home and I was surprised that there is no difference in the quality and ease of use compared to our more expensive player.

this is a great little dvd player. it's easy to install and can be moved to other tv sets easily. although streaming is so easy, there are occasions when a dvd needs to be used and this player is small enough to use when needed.

This is my 2nd purchase of this item. I previously bought 2 for 2 different rooms and the living room one has been acting up for a while perhaps it was defective to begin with I bought a new 1 and so far it's working fine the previous 1 the DVD's would just freeze up. It wasn't the DVD's I cleaned them I played them in the other one it worked out fine. Anyway so far so good let's see the longevity I'm not sure how long it is for but simple to use simple to hook up H DMI hook up.

Great item, small, does all we need!! Great value

I was looking for a small, inexpensive DVD player with HDMI for our weekend home. It needed to be small enough to fit in a tight space and easy to use for guests to use without having to read a manual. This works perfectly. It was very easy to hookup and works great!

This DVD player improves the overall picture quality of a regular DVD while using the HDMI hookup. It also has RCA audio output's that can be used in conjunction with the HDMI going to a receiver that doesn't have an HDMI hookup .

The Sony is small and inexpensive, but for me works easier than the more expensive and larger units. For example, I can see how long the disc has played and how much time remains -- not done with the "big one."

Exactly like our old one, except this one has HDMI rather than component output. Bummer we had to buy it, as our old one worked fine, but our new TV requires HDMI. And for under fifty bucks, a deal.
