This Sony DVD player was purchased from a local Best Buy store. The unpackaging and setup was easy and quickly completed. I use it with a Samsung TV for both video DVD and audio CD playback. The instructions provided for set- up and use are limited but proved to be adequate.

This was bought as a CD player at a good price. It works well with our existing audio equipment and was easy to install. It would be nice to see the track number playing displayed, but that may only be available on more expensive models.

When my old DVD in my man cave went down, and I found this Sony with upconversion, I knew it had to be what I needed. I need a DVD player so some of the homemade DVD+RW I have made will play back without edits being skewed. This was beyond my expectations.

We have many DVDs including movies and DVDs from Great Courses. Bought this to play them when we get bored when we are camping and without TV, cell phone, or internet reception, which actually happens more often than one might think, it works great. Good value. Fits perfectly on the shelf beneath the TV.

This is a very good DVD player at a decent price. It is lightweight and looks good. It is extremely easy to connect to a TV.

I was looking for an affordable, quality, easy to use DVD player. My wife, who baby sits our granddaughter relies on toddler/kids TV shows for some quiet time. And our granddaughter has her favorite shows. So, popping in a DVD is a fine way to augment the choices available on cable TV. All we needed to do was unbox the unit, plug in our HDMI cable from the TV, select that port on the TV and we were all set. All my parameters and those of my wife are satisfied by this unit.

Your DVD player has been working perfectly. I had a little trouble getting the player to talk to the TV Best Buy was worthless when I called to get advice No Warranty no help Very disappointed !
