It was an easy set-up....and it worked the first time I put in a DVD. The 'up conversion ' is a nice surprise.....the picture fills my 42" screen. Since I have a 'smart TV' ...all I needed was a good DVD player and this fits that bill.

Sony DVD player for when you can't stream

This Sony has both and was just what I was looking for. It provides audio at 1.2 and 1.4 speeds, as well as a slow 0.8 speed. And it has the review/advance feature. Picture and sound quality are both very good for the price, and I am quite pleased with my purchase!

It was very easy to set up, and it did, indeed, play continuously from the moment it was on, until I turned it off. We put it in our camper, and when we were in Yellowstone for a week, our dogs were able to hear the sounds of the dvd playing while we were gone, and always happy when we returned! Happy dogs, happy vacation!!
