Works great and extremely easy setup. Had no problems and good quality picture.

Wanted an easy-to-install/easy-to-use DVD player in a hurry for a one-time book club "movie night." Watched the DVD, encountered no problems. Will probably keep the player hooked up in case we come across another DVD whose content isn't available for streaming. Glad we ordered this product!

The Sony DVD player with HD Upconversion is easy to use and plays discs with great video and audio. It's priced very reasonably, and is a wonderful back-up to a Blu-ray player. Definitely a great value for the money!

We bought this for our 95 yr old mother who just became a permanent resident of a nursing home. We were looking for quality and ease of use. This provided her with both. Her caretakers have enjoyed sharing their video libraries with her. She has thoroughly enjoyed passing an afternoon away with a good movie.

Sony - DVD Player with HD Upconversion - Black Is just what I was looking for. Connecting Audio & Video cable needs to be a little bit longer, optional hook up is available Controller is easy to use, overall the DVD quality is good. I give it an excellent rating.

Bought this for our motorhome. It works very well and puts out a great picture. I would have given it 5 stars except not happy with the lack of controls on the unit itself. hope we never lose the remote.

The first DVD player I purchased for my daughter to use at college. It was perfect for her situation. When she moved to an apartment she wanted another one for her bedroom. They both worked perfect. We recently remodeled a bedroom and purchased a 3rd DVD player for that room and it is working very well. No complaints.

The player doesn not yet work on one of our two TVs. This may be due to the connection mode -- colored cables vs. IDMI link.

Haven't used it yet. Will comment on it when I do. However I do have a Sony DVD player that I bought from Best Buy a few years ago, and I love it!!! I believe this new one is either the same as the one I bought a few years ago, or an upgraded version of it.

I enjoy the DVD for anytime I need to use for a movie, it is small and out of the way on my table

The device works effortly to deliver high definition TV from DVD's. The Sony works much better than the Sylvania player that also has an HD port. My only complaints are: 1) control is only possible with the remote controller 2) ejecting by remote requires multiple taps on the button.

Quick wonderful service, was ready for pick up in under 30 minutes. Wonderful DVR, fantastic price, and so easy to hook up.

I really haven't had the time to give this DVD a proper review as I've only just set it up and used it once. However, it seemed to perform as expected. I have to admit that like other reviews I read about this model, I would have preferred a larger light on it to indicate whether the machine is operating properly, but otherwise it seems fine.

Needed this along with the computer that we purchased. It has been a good addition for us.
