I have only used this DVD player twice now. But so far the picture is great and it is slim and attractive, user friendly. I only gave it 4 stars because I have not used it much yet to give a detailed review.

Just what we were looking for.....affordable and compact, works well....easy to connect..?...must provide own hdmi cable If connecting that way.

quality picture and easy to set up make sure you order an HDMI cable with it as it does not come with one

The basic DVD player works great. Has HDMI connection for easy installation and great HD enhanced picture. Great buy

I bought this DVD player to replace one identical to it that had quit working. In saying that, I must say that the one that replaced had been in my 3 year old's room so I'm thinking his little hands might have helped to damage it - thus the reason I replaced it with another, identical one. As for the features etc., it's a simple DVD player...meaning that it's really easy to use and does a good job. I'm giving it 4 stars just in case my little one didn't damage it - otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

We were going to get a converter to connect our old A/V output DVR to the HDMI input of a 4K TV. (Mfg. save a few ¢ by excluding A/V inputs on new products). The BestBuy store in Mesa, AZ didn't have a converter so we purchased this DVR. We didn't want a super hi-def player or even a Blue Ray. We just wanted a simple, basic player to play the 200+ older DVD's we have. Set up was a breeze and after just a few minutes it was playing via our 4K TV. Menus are simple and clear to understand. The remote even coupled to our TV so that both could be controlled with the Sony remote - the TV is not a Sony. Image is just as good and stable as any other DVD that I've had. Note: We've only had this unit for a few weeks. Didn't like that it came with the old style carbon batteries that barely last long enough to throw away or that the instruction "book" gave extremely little information. Also, there are cheaper, standard quality DVD players out there but BestBuy's selection was limited the day we bought and we didn't feel like going to Walmart.

HDMI DVD player has quick easy connect and use. Player had good picture quality, easy to use remote and appearance is low profile and easy to hide connecting wire. Would recommend purchase.

Bought for a resident at my old job, who needed a dvd player. Works great and she’s very happy she can watch the dvd series I bought for her.

This product met all my expectations. Played my personal dvd's as well as commercially recorded products. Easy set up, easy operation. A great value for the price.

This is a small, well built, and easy to use dvd player. Their is also an HDMI output slot so that you can plug it into a modern smart tv.

I have not had this long but am very happy with the picture quality and projection with regular dvd movies. Very easy to use and set up. No complaints so far.

EASY TO USE GREAT PICTURE. THE ONE FEATURE IS ESPECILLY LIKE IS WHEN YOU TOP THE DVD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SHOW AND COME BACK THE NEXT DAY IT STARTS WHERE YOU LEFT OFF.

I was in need of a DVD player with a smaller footprint for use in a motorhome and this fit perfectly in the space available. The quality of the unit is very good and performs as expected
