Great steal for this great condition

The first one was definitely off but the second one seems to be just like new. Best Buy returned the first one with ease.

Great purchase.

I assumed even if you were buying a used controller it should still come wiped down and sanitized? Especially since it was only $5 less than a brand new one. This was the first time I’ve bought a controller from Best Buy so maybe it’s just how they do things.

It literally looks and operates like a brand new controller. Not a scratch on the exterior on the controller either. So, 5 stars for the price, quality and free shipping!

It was not working, but we had to open and fix it.
