Don’t buy refurbished

First I received the PlayStation with no controller or power cord. Called customer service right away and was given the run around. Just to get a live person on the line took 2 hours. The phone system sucks! Kept hanging up on me. The customer service reps are not very knowledgeable of the system. Took over an hour just to get a label for return. I understand that right now with the pandemic thing are a little crazy but Best Buy needs to do a better job then this. Not happy at all.

Unit didn't work. Flashing blue light

PlayStation logo would come on screen and just go black. I'll never buy a refurbished item again from Bestbuy. Waste of time.

Missing peripherals

I couldn't get in touch with Customer Service because of wait times, and decided to just order one from Walmart instead. I've been playing on it for a few weeks and the controller that came with it is already starting to have stick drift on the left stick and not register circle button presses. 2/10, because even with all these problems, I still play I a lot.
