The Sony Vaios has been a great laptop. I purchased it refurbished and have not had any issues. It is supper fast and functions well for my needs. (Business applications, web browsing.) Blue tooth and Wifi dodgey. I have it hard wired.

Easy to use, Touch screen works very well and it handles computer games well. I have played many of my favorite racing games on high graphics and it handles them very well.

This was a refurbished PC with a significant savings. Everything looks and works like new. Speed and clarity of the touch screen is excellent. Backlit keyboard is great in low light conditions. I7 processor is very fast.

I love the laptop except for an issue with the wifi that goes in and out. My husband can be sitting right beside me using his and has no problem! So frustrating when you're in the middle of something and the only thing I've found to work is disconnecting and reconnecting my wifi connection. Other than that, I love it.

Had the computer less than six months and it crashed. We had to pay to have the entire system redone with the latest operating system and programs installed. It did not make it one month. The system crashed yet again and will not start up.

I expected a nice computer but was pleasantly surprised by how fast this computer is.

I've had this computer for about 4 days so far, so I'm cautiously optimistic about this refurb. I'd read other reviews that bashed refurbs and was apprehensive about getting this one, but I figured that the best buy money back guarantee was a good enough safety net. I'm glad I went for it. There were no issues upon startup, the system had been wiped correctly and Windows 8 reinstalled. The only sign that the computer had been opened before were slight (and I mean very slight) blemishes where it looks like a scratch or two may have been buffed out. No problem- you have to squint to really see them. I don't usually go for anything too fancy (e.g. backlit keys) because I'm too cheap. This time around I really just wanted something with the processing power and RAM that this thing has (I'm a PhD engineering student who needs something with some processing capacity). But I must say that these extra details are really fantastic. The touchscreen is too cool. The backlit keys are so fun. And on top of it all, it's much lighter and sleeker than I had expected. A+, geek squad refurb.
