Lots of static, regardless of where the stand was located. Returned after a few days of use. It could be that this set was refurbished and I happened to get a bad one. I'm sure there are some that work properly, and if so, great price!

this is not Bluetooth but it still works petty good

I love these ear phones. Easy set up.Easy use. Comfortable. I would recommend anyone to buy. Just bought them days ago. Used them so much I had to charge the battery .

Excellent quality. They can get reeeeally loud without distorting the sound. I have it plugged into my laptop at work so I can drown out the idiots :D

My wife and I are in our 80's with definite hearing loss. The low cost attracted me to this Geek Squad Sony product. I bought a headset for each of us and after selecting separate channels on the base, they have worked OK.

Nice just as expected. Just like new and the sound is great! No issue so far and was easy to connect to my TV. Excellent for the price.

Able to hear the subtleties in movies again so well that I bought a second pair for travel. way better than the" Infomercial type / hype things being sold .

I ordered 2 sets of these headphones and returned them cuz they came without the DC power connection. when I went to go return the 2nd pair the associate talked me into purchasing a power connection which was still less than buying brand new headphones, but these headphones still did not work with my TV and it sucks cuz now the return date has past and I'm stuck with headphones that don't work. DON'T BUY REFURBISHED

"Geek Squad Certified Refurbished" appears no different than new one. Yet price is much less. This is really a bargain.

Very good when you want to watch a movie without disturbing others. Planning on buying another set.

On 07/04/2020, I ordered Sony- Geek Squad Refurbished WHRF400RF Wireless Headphones for my hard-of-hearing spouse. These headphones weren’t readily available, but I was finally notified and able to pick up the headphones on 07/17/2020. Got it home and found out that I needed coaxial audio cables to complete the set up. Finally got it set up on 08/01/2020 and it worked fine for 5 days. Next day, the audio from the TV was working, but difficult to discern due to the loud static /crackling. Bad thing about all of this is that the product cannot be returned after 08/01/2020.

Gave to my father for better listening. He love its and sounds great! simple plug connection to the PC via the headphone cables and your ready!

My father used to keep his home theater system turned up to 100. No he can here better and nobody else is annoyed.

I have been listening to so many headphones but Sony has the best headphones out there. Good clean sounds it's so amazing.

Disappointed in the device, bought two thinking with the Sony brand they should perform well, I was disappointed to say the least. A lot of static and lack of range.

Works perfectly. Price is fabulous. Even at new/list price headphones are worth buying. Watching TV is more enjoyable this way

The product is good but not great. It uses RF signal and not bluetooth. It is not 100% wireless as you need to connect the base from the audio of you tv or computer.
