The product is good but not great. It uses RF signal and not bluetooth. It is not 100% wireless as you need to connect the base from the audio of you tv or computer.

I recieved these as a gift thinking they were Bluetooth headphones. These are specifically to hook up to the TV wirelessly to be able to listen to the programming. If that's what you're trying to use them foe, then they will be ok.

I purchased two Sony headphones, refurbished, and sorry I did! The first one would NOT charge, I hadn't taken the 2nd one out of the box yet. I let it sit on the charger two days but nothing! I took them both back to Best Buy, bought them online and was concerned the store would give me an argument--but they didn't. I had a Sony laptop computer that wouldn't connect to the modem from a bedroom, had to use it in the living room only. I won't buy Sony products again - don't trust something just because it's expensive.

My mother-in-law sleeps much better now that her husband can listen to the tv at night with these on.

Been using the headset to watch TV for the last seven weeks. I can walk out of the TV room and go anywhere in the home or even the backyard and receive a clear voices from the TV. Works great, long battery life and very easy to recharge. I would buy again and recommend this product to friends and family.

It was good except for one thing. It had a lot of static. I returned these because I could never get ove the background static. I would get paranoid of it

Good quality head phones that cost half the price and 1/4 of the other name brands. Definitely a great buy.

Refurbished should have just kept it broken. Sporadically works. When they do work it’s awesome. Will more than likely return and just purchase new ones.

Though refurbished, great quality, clear, easy to use. Excellent to use when other person sleeping.

Looks and works like new. The sound is great. Do a very good job of cutting out external sounds.

One of the best this is my second pair that I have purchase plan on buying another set soon.

Haven’t used them. I mistakenly identified these for Bluetooth. They need a receiver which is big and clunky.

Bought as an anniversary gift for my husband a couple of months ago. was refurbished so came with no instructions on how to set up or hook up to TV. we figured it out and its been good so far.

Don't know why I struggled so long to hear speech tv programming. This item is great for me.

Ordered two. One came complete with accessories aand the other came with no accessories, earwax stains, and opened box like someone hurriedly put it into the shipping box after using it. I am totally disappointed. Then I tried to plug into the newer TVs and audio out the Audio plug-in doesn’t fit. There’s no manual to guide you and frustration set in.
