Camera is OMG bad, which is weird because Sony cameras are top notch. Also, Android is frozen at version 9. Otherwise the battery lasts an insane amount of time and the screen is 1920X1080 and bright. We ended up using them as media consumption devices and cheap game play and not daily drivers.

I get about 2 days of battery life off this enormous phone. It's fast, has a fingerprint reader, NFC and 3 cameras. And it upgraded to Android 9 (Pie) as soon as I'd configured it. You may need bigger pockets, but that's the only sacrifice you'll be making

Great device for someone with bigger hands. Feels comfortable to grip. Screen resize perfect for one hand operation. Battery is very strong, lasts all day and then some with heavy use.

Pros: good speed in browsing, able to open several applications without hanging Cons: these are minor though- 1. the bulb icon of xperia assist in middle of screen is annoying 2. the glass curve surface on edge causes glare when reading with lower broghness

    Great Hardware, Completely Misrepresented...

I am a techie type of person. I have a strong love for design, both physical and digital. When I say that Sony and Verizon had finally confirmed one of the Sony phones for their network, I was elated. Looking for a new phone, and one that had not gone the way of the iPhone (overly rounded corners, no human touch to the design at all) I immediately started looking into the Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra. Well, before you purchase this phone, please be aware that despite all of the printed, digital, and sales reassurance that this phone is going to work on the Verizon network, IT DOES NOT WORK on the Verizon network. I spent over two hours on the phone with Verizon. My call was escalated to high levels of support. Not a one of them could get this phone to actually make calls or send/receive text messages. I settled for the Galaxy Note 9 from Samsung. Subtly, yet just enough divergence from the copycats to make it work for me. My rate as a freelance graphic designer is $65/hr. I will never get back the time I wasted researching and experiencing this poorly represented device.

I like the phone so far. It has frozen up on me once or twice but no big deal. Lasted about 10 seconds then I was back at it. For a reburbish phone I'm happy.

The phone itself is good but the cameras are pretty terrible on this phone for some reason a very strong soft filter is applied to the pictures and you cannot turn it off they also come out very flat unless you have a large amount of light entering the lens very disappointed in all the cameras on this phone... Don't even bother with the video it's very disappointing

Received earlier than was told. All I had to do was move my SIM card and everything moved and came up. Love it! Now my daughter wants one...easy to read and use. So pleased I decided to upgrade.

Great phone. My Mom loves it. Great screen for the declining vision. Hopefully you can attach a manual in the future especially when one buys it for someone as a gift. Overall great product so far.
