I returned this sound bar after trying to use it with my new Sony X85K television. The sound would cut out for 1 second, every 10 minutes or so, while streaming movies. I researched online as best I could, tried to find a solution, changed every setting on the TV that I could, but nothing made a difference. I even swapped out the supplied HDMI cable with a very high-quality one. And yes I made sure it was plugged into the correct HDMI port on the back of the TV. My friend brought their Bose sound bar over to test with my TV, and there were no problems, so this sound bar was clearly the culprit. Judging by what’s said on Reddit, this seems to be a known issue with this particular sound bar. Too bad. Sound quality was good enough, about what I expected.

This sound bar is a huge step up over my tv speakers. I really enjoy the night modes and voice modes for the times where I want to tone things down a little.

Awesome Soundbar. Packs a punch without a sub. Paired this with my 75’ Sony TV.

Is it loud? Yes. Does it sound good? Meh. It has crazy mids and highs that even with various equalizers I've tried could not cut some of the obnoxious frequencies. Wind noises especially, scrapes, foot steps or contact noises with any kind of pitch to them will overpower the rest of the range of sound. Used it for music, videos and gaming. If you get caught in a wind storm or rain on Forza Horizon 5 the sounds of the storm will blow your ears out. If youre hard of hearing in terms of higher frequencies it could be ok. But if youre musically or mechanically inclined and have a tuned ear for quality. You might not like this. Ended up returning it and going back to my Marshal Tufton for multimedia purposes.

Definitely an upgrade over the tv speakers. It integrated very well with my X90L and was a seamless install.

the installers realized it was a different setup yet they were still able to improvise and make it work. it sounds just as good as the larger sound bar I had

The sound bar is good but I skimped out and didn't buy the sub which I wish I had in hidhsight so now need to pick up seperately.

I never owned one before so I wasn't sure what to expect. I wanted that theater movie experience without leaving my house. I am happy with it.

Adds so much to your home entertainment viewing. The sound is smooth and clear. I prefer this better then speakers for the area in which it is used for.

Using this with Sony Bravia TV in my kitchen. Great sound with TV. Sony to Sony. Using it as Bluetooth Speaker for Spotify when working in kitchen.

It sounds great in a smaller apartment, if you have it in a larger space, you might want a subwoofer.

Projects sound forward into the room rather than backward into the wall allowing for lower volume and more clarity.
