The sound is amazing and can definitely make it aound like you are in the action watching sports.

This is my second Sony Sound Bar (my first one lasting 8-years OUTSIDE) I have this sound bar installed under a water proof deck exposed to the hot and cold extremes. With that said, the sound from the bar is very loud and the bass is phenomenal. I Bluetooth this to my iPhone and works seamlessly. The include remote works well too.

This is something I came back for after I bought my TV. The sound difference is incredible a sound bar is almost a standard purchase with a TV anymore, and this model is well worth the price.

Recently bought a Sony 55" Bravia big screen but the sound as most know has a lot to be desired. So, I knew a Sony soundbar would be a big upgrade to match the tv...and I wasn't disappointed in the results. Simply followed the instructions included and the set-up wasn't too hard to figure out and the wireless subwoofer makes a real difference for the room. Just remember to connect the skinny optical cable too.

It is very good for a small room or even a larger room, I assume it would even be great for a living room or lounge area. My case is a smaller room, and wow it is loud and clear. I can totally reccomend. I did not compare this model to other brands and what not but Im happy with this purchase.

I entered the store thinking I would not buy a soundbar, but just look. I had never owned a soundbar. I asked a Best Buy employee for help and he sent a man to talk to me. Rodney. A godsend! He was patient with my ignorance and explained how the soundbar and subwoofer would get connected. I asked him about a standard Sony soundbar to go with my new Sony flatscreen. It wasn’t on sale but I bought it anyway, weighing the value of the Best Buy employee who was so helpful! Thank you, Best Buy and Rodney!

Plenty of bass. Speech has good separation. Virtual Surround is disappointing for a Sony - but that's not what i bought it for. Configuring it through the remote, the buttons on top of the sound bard and the tiny LED readout is kind of clumsy, but once it's done it's done.

This speaker is great for a small room. It has enough bass to sound decent without being overbearing to other people in the house. This speaker would do great in a game room or a kids room. I would go with something with a little more power for a main room.

Great sound, it gets real loud, and you can really feel the base

I bought this open box and to be honest i was skeptical at first. But i got it hime to test it out and OH MY am I please. Sub alone was worth it. Only complaint is the volume jumps here and there and its not compatible with a rear speaker package but hey still amazing to me
