The sound is good but it does not stay synchronized with the TV so about half the time you must keep both remotes on hand which makes it a huge hassle. Unless you have to have one, skip it. I bought a Sony Brevia to go with this sound bar and both the store and the guys who installed misled me to think the two things would be synchronized and controlled by a single remote. It just is not true.

Definitely not loud enough, and NOT NEARLY ENOUGH BASS.
Our old semi had a samsung system, but we put this one in our new truck cause it was on sale. Big mistake.....never made it out of the parking lot.

If the Soundbar is not delivering high volume or bass levels, it may be due to Night Mode being activated, as it reduces the bass response and overall volume. You might turn off Night Mode to restore normal sound levels. Can be better. But Meets my purpose. If possible increase your budget and go for 3.1 or 5.1.

If you want all around sound, it's not for you. but it's good for the price I guess. better surround sound calls for more expensive sound bar

Pros:
Easy setup, seems to work fine most of the time*
Cons:
It decides to switch into Bluetooth Pairing mode without any user interaction on my part. No touching of the remote, no voice control, no touching anything, it just turns off the audio and goes into the search mode. Happens anywhere from once every couple hours to several times in an hourlong tv show. Clearly I am not the first to experience this.
The subwoofer also doesn't sound all that great - it will enunciate voices on occasion - so you might hear it every 3 seconds or so.

Is it the best? No. But do you expect it to be for the price? If so, that's on you, not the brand or product. I got this open box for under $150 and I would buy it again if I had the chance.

This soundbar has a decent sound for the price. I sounded great in the store but average in my home. I don't know if I have a flawed product but the sound will cut out on occasion. If I didn't need to spend my rewards points before they expired I would have waited until I could afford a better one.
