I like it it could be a lil louder but overall it’s good

Sound quality is ok, but volume needs to be turned up to very high levels, at least (30's to 40's) to hear dialogue clearly even when only about 6 feet away. Bass needs to be turned down to hear voices clearly. The subwoofer doesn't seem to have much output. The same criticism applies to the Sony Bravia XR90K TV, volume needs to be turned up quite high to hear dialogue

Was excited to buy this. That quickly went away when it started blasting to 100% volume randomly throughout the day for 5 seconds or so. What a headache (literally) and waste of time.

At 1st I didn't think it was gonna be easy to set up but then using the really tiny cable to set it up with my smart TV really worked out as a plus so I love it thank you for recommending this for my Home.

Really like this soundbar! Sounds great ! Only issue is it will automatically switch to Bluetooth when we have in tv mode! Have to hit ‘input’ on remote to get back to tv and sound

This sounds bar sounds great and was easy to setup, unfortunately it constantly drops out of TV mode into BT pairing mode randomly. Sony tech support tried to update firmware to latest version but it failed each time.

Sony is always going to be the best! I give 5 *****

This product is middle of the road on quality of sound. Definitely did not sound as good as it did in the store. Pricing is about right.

This is a awesome product! I would recommend .....

Still have problems with the sony sound system goes on and off the volume technician came twice but nothing is working properly I have to call again the geek squad to resolve this problem

Returned the sound bar, I decided not something I needed, quality of sound on TV was perfect for me. No rating!

Poor sound quality and not very adjustable. The sound bar sounded very dull and had no way to adjust the bass, mid and treble separately. I ended up returning this and going with a JBL SB 550

Was excited to get this sound bar, however I am disappointed in the sound! We have the volume up to 54 and the sound is still low! Thinking about returning it! It was easy to set-up!

Great sound. Bluetooth works well all types for audio. Overall a great buy if you just need a sound bar with some great audio for tv and movies in a small room.

A little disappointed that I’m having trouble getting the sony sound bar to work the way i want with a sony tv. Connected using the HDMI cable, the sound is low and i have to increase volume up to 50 to get a comfortable level. Then tried Bluetooth but if I remember correctly you had to use the sound bar volume control . Not happy with the sony partnership of these two products. I usually buy Samsung products.

Had to use optical because i didnt want to give up my eArc port which is also my hdmi 2.1 port. Witeless with Bravia TV isnt in sync with the tv. Also this bar is limited on its audio codecs.

I'm impressed by the listening experience. If you're considering adding a soundbar, just do it. This was the perfect choice for my SONY TV, and it was a great value!

Performance commensurate with the sale price, but not worth full SRP + Strong bass. + Minimal (though discernible) dialog sync issues - No voice sync adjustment - Lacks treble and any control to adjust treble. - No volume leveling while maintaining standard equalization. Night mode also applies special equalization (reduced bass) - Can't turn LED display - distracting. I'll look for another sound bar and would not recommend this one to others. -

It's ok. Sound could be clearer and the Sound Speaker. Surround sound is not as good as we expected.
