Pour sound quality, low level base and sound. I returned it immediately.

Replaced a SoundCore sound bar with compatibility issues with my Sony AndroidTV system. Everything about the system has been great except the HDMI Arc doesn't have a passthrough ability like the SoundCore. So one HDMI port is lost. Otherwise couldn't ask for better at the price point.

Very poor quality. Barely got it on December 2024 and does not work anymore no wonder they ( Best Buy pushes a warranty on you. Not worth biy this product.

Just a little better than sound from Sony OLED sound screen. Better bass than TV. Sony HT-400 is basic starter soundbar, nothing super about it. If you can get the A3000 for better sound and expandability.

Was supposed to be in excellent condition and fully warranted. The volume does not work properly and the sub-woofer case was damaged. I got a reaponse from Best Buy thanking me for letting them know! Seriously????, what is Beat Buy going to do about it???? HELLO!!!!!!!

I replaced an LG soundbar with this more expensive Sony product thinking it would work better with my Sony TV, but the sound is muffled. I can barely hear it at times because it sounds like someone is talking through a pillow.

Expensive for the sound it produces, no surround feature. Just doesn't produce a good overall sound experience better than the TV speakers.

Open box didn't work, hopefully week get one this holiday to relieve it.

I purchased this online as an open-box in "Excellent" condition and it had "Inspected by Best Buy" stickers on it. Well, not so fast. There was no manual, no quick start guide, and no remote control. To make matters worse, on their website, Best Buy has a "Returns and Support" tab. It only gives me the option to return, with no support. I hope to get this resolved so that I can check out the sound bar and then give it a good review. But right now, I'm stinging from getting burned. Best Buy's quality control is not good.

compared to our 4 year old Vizio, this unit has no treble or bass controls and only 2 sound processing options. The sound bar lacks treble and generally sounds muddy. The unit is cheaply made (particle wood); not that I expected a lot in this price range.

Very disappointing. Tv had better sound. Bass was horrible. No discernible difference. Got a Samsung sound bar to replace it. The Samsung has been awesome.

Bought for Christmas 2022 and the subwoofer didn't last 2 years before it completely died. Make sure you get product support plan.

This was returned to n the store and was not purchased. I have also not received the down payment from progressive leasing.

Broke after 7 months. Best Buy won’t support. Didn’t even sound like a 300$ soundbar. Bass was very lacking even at full bass.

It’s better than just the TV sound with no bar. It’s too bad that we have to pay extra to have decent sound in addition to the cost of a TV.
