I have a Sony Bravia TV and the sync was practically immediate. Our sound is so good and we got a good Black Friday deal so felt like we didn’t overspend.

Only complaint is the sound level has to be way higher with this system than with the regular tv prior to adding the sound bar. Like 3 or 4 times higher.

I was promised to return in 7 to 10 days. It has been over two weeks and nothing has come back into my account. In other words, you took my money and you took your product back, and you kept both. I have tried to call so many times, it’s ridiculous. It’s really hard to get through to a person, and when I do, they say it’s gonna be returned. But it’s not returned.

I have zero faith that I'll have sound when I power up my tv. I'm past the return period. Dont make my mistake. Also the "tv center speaker mode" creates an annoying ground loop hum that is a known issue with Sony customer service. But Sony wont replace or fix it. The sound with the sub is good but it doesnt matter when a product is this unreliable. I've gone through the troubleshooting links.

We bought the sound bar along with a new Sony 55” TV. Due to construction going on at the house it was 78 days after the purchase date to do the install. (I purchased early as i didn’t want to miss the sale price on the TV.) Upon opening the box it was evident i got a return. There were several empty plastic bags, remote was loose with batteries already installed. The show stopper is there is no HDMI cable, although instructions clearly say its included. I did have a bag labled “HDMI Cable” but it was empty. I called Best Buy and requested to return this one in exchange for one with all the components. Their reply was that im out of the return window. Sorry for your luck. So, I’m done with Best Buy. I had a $1,000 item on order, so i cancelled that and I’ll just buy it from Amazon. When she ended the conversation with “Thank you for being a loyal Best Buy customer, my reply was “Don’t thank me, I’m no longer a customer. My advice is to always open the box before leaving the store, even if it appears unopend as this one did. Although the box was prestine, it had obviously been opened and all components not returned. So, I have no option but to go buy a HDMI cable and hope it works. Not even an offer to supply me with a cable!

Blurry spots sometimes

Thought it was cable but when unplugged cable box and reset it was still there. Unplugged tv and when plugged back in, it was fine.

While we're glad you like the easy installation of the unit, we are sorry to hear if you find the HT-A3000 doesn't get very loud. Verify if it happens from all sources such as apps in the TV, USB or Bluetooth. If not, it may be an issue with the source. If you haven't yet, please follow the steps below
- By pressing SOUND FIELD to turn on the surround effect, the speaker system upmixes audio signals, and sound is output from all speakers.
- Increase the volume of the Soundbar using the remote control.
- Turn off the Night Mode setting. On the Soundbar remote control, press the NIGHT button to turn off the Night Mode setting.

I'm not sure any 3.1 soundbar is really great, but this one I was disappointed in for sure. Ended up with a 5.1.1 that I'm super happy with.

Beautiful Sound

My living room is 20x15 with seating about 12' away from the TV and this bar fills the room. Had an issue with the S-Center connection and couldn't fix it until i bought a $10 ground loop isolator on amazon. Kind of annoying
