Great Except for Longevity

Around the 8 month mark the thumb sticks get stuck easily. This controller would be 5/5 if it lasted more than a year. Such a shame! If you’re looking for something that’ll last a while, this isn’t it.

Gaps in plastic

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Perfect, the control works very well, as for the customer service from bestbuy I give it a 6, because the collection of the product in the parking lot was insufficient I waited for 10 minutes and nobody came to give me the product, so I had to enter to the store on my own so I can receive my ps4 control * As an extra data, I have practically 1 month of using the control and I am still perfect

My favorite color

It is bright, it is orange, it is ORANGE. IT IS NEON ORANGE. GET IT NOW. I'm biased though, orange is my favorite color.
