I would recommend the protection plan though if you are the ragey type of gamer...

I was considering cheaper options but, 10years and probably more than a few thousands hours of game later, I think this is a reliable option. It is slightly heavier than the old controller (about 10gr) and all the sensors seem like they had been improved.
