We love it, anyone can use it if someone else is on the PS5

This product is a great ADDITION to the PS5. Item is not Bluetooth capable, can only use PS product (headset) with device. Someone else cannot play your Ps5 while this device is in use.

This is a great purchase if you wanna game when away from home. Even if I dont have a wifi connection it works great using my phone as a hotspot and I am able to play when no issues. I love the all black finish as well. Its a pegect handheld size and screen brightness and battery life is really good for the price.

I actually love this product. Now i know that its gotten a lot of heat for not being a stand alone device but being that i can play my game from anywhere as long as the wifi is great ill take it. I can say that the portal feels like im playing with one of my ps5 dual sense controllers wirh adaptive triggers and a super led screen in the middle. Honestly its like having a ps5 in the palm of your hand. Just remembered that if the wifi connection isnt strong then you might become frustrated with the lag or the reoccurrence of reconnecting.

Now that it just got a new upgrade this remote console is one of the must-haves!

I think this is a pretty good device. Obviously, it’s not as free as a regular handheld device. But, if you want a handheld PC, then buy a handheld PC! What this device is meant for, it does really easy and conveniently. It’s a remote play device! Yes, you can use your phone, tablet, computer, Steam Deck, etc. They all work well enough. You can even connect a Dual Sense to those devices. This device just makes it easier and has everything you need built in. Biggest con is you need a decent wifi connection for the smoothest experience.

It’s perfect for my needs. I just wish it was an independent portable system. It is a great way to remote play using your ps 5.

I'll put it like this.... Yes you can play your PS5 in front of your TV no problem, but if you are feeling adventurous and want to game in the bed, in the backyard, on the front porch, at your hotel room with Wi-Fi hotspot, at your friends or family's house when you're on vacation or visiting, at work on break or lunch, and want that good PS5 playing experience... You better pick one of these up and thank me later. Do your research on the optimal settings on your PS5 console for playing on the portal for the ultimate experience because that weighs in as well.

I would give it 5 stars, however it does get a little laggy at times due to it streaming from PS5. I LOVE it and it works well for me, however if you are unable to hardwire your PS5 it may not be as fast as you want. I play red dead on it all night after my wife holds the living room TV hostage.

So i had already bought hubby his Christmas presents which was the Crazy 8’s in both coloways because he is a sneaker head. So i though ok cool im done presents are wrapped im good. Well no, all i keep hearing about was this PlayStation portal thing and how hard it was to get and how much he wanted it. He told me this on December 20th people!!!! It was sold out everywhere!!!! Omg i about had a heart attack. This thing was like a unicorn only heard about in myths and folklore lol and by some miracle on the 21st i was able to score one online on the Bestbuy app. He has not stopped raving about how lucky he is and how cool it is. Its really nice to see him so excited about a present.

Nice but left me wanting more. Features that would make it perfect: Bluetooth, if it had its own games (I would pay extra for this feature), the ablitiy to watch movies/youtube, maybe standalone apps can be added in the future.
